Weeks earned his MFA in Photography and Graphic Design from New Mexico State University in 1996. Since that time, his artwork and photography have been exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions over the past 25 years, including venues in New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Albuquerque, San Diego, and Tampa, as well as Cuauititlan Izcali, Mexico, and Chiang Mai, Thailand. In addition, his work has been reviewed in the NY Times, In These Times Magazine, and Boston's artsMEDIA Magazine amongst other periodicals.

His illustration work often deals with socio-political observations of the world around us fused with pop culture references and presented in a neo-pop style.

From 2005-2006 he illustrated the online comic strip 'The Gargoyle' for pulp-heroes.com (now Rattrap Productions, LLC). His illustrations also appeared in 'Super Science Tales' Terror of the Metal Menace', 'Planet X: Terror From Across the Universe', 'Thrilling Expeditions Quarterly', and other publications produced by Rattrap Productions, LLC.

From 2010 to 2017 he served as an official photographer for Tampa Roller Derby (formerly the Tampa Bay Derby Darlins) . His roller derby photographs have been published in both 5on5 magazine , the official magazine of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), and Blood and Thunder Magazine.

A monograph of his roller derby photography, entitled 'Women Who Fly', was published in August 2018, and is available on Amazon. That publication was followed up in October 2019 by another photographic monograph entitled 'The Enchanted Forest' which chronicled the Tampa Bay Renaissance Festival.
